The Islamic Awareness Centre (I.A.C) is one of the leading cultural, educational and social centres in the kingdom of Bahrain. Its various activities include Lectures and presentations by renowned speakers, philosophical debates and workshops. These activities are delivered in many languages for the benefit of non-Arabic speakers to have a closer look at the Arabic and Islamic cultures and serve the greater goal of achieving the much-needed dialogue between nations, civilizations and cultures.
Hence, we would like herewith to forward this kind invitation to attend our annual Muhharram program to commiserate the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (A.S), the grandson of the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him and his household). This year’s program will feature many activities such as speeches by a renowned Islamic scholar, presentations, photo exhibitions, and library displays, all of which are aimed at presenting a bright image of this important historical event and raise awareness among individuals.
